Grove City Administrator Chuck Boso is quoted as saying, "It's not hard to say that the revenue [from the medical complex], just in the first phase, will be fifty- to a hundredfold of what it had been when the land was used for a golf course. To have 110 acres that front a major new interchange—look around the county and tell me where there’s another opportunity like that."
